The Frequency of Clothing

The Frequency of Clothing is something we don’t really acknowledge. I never thought our clothing can affect our well being, but it can because some materials are much better quality than others. Yes, everything in the universe has its own frequency. Our various fabrics for instance cotton, wool, silk, linen, and synthetic fibers all have a very different feeling on us. Most of us have to be very careful about what we place close to our skin.

the frequency of clothing

Clothing with colors and certain patterns has a specific frequency which can influence how we feel. For me I like the color of blue which makes me feel calm, red sometimes raises my energy level or awareness. Some design patterns and frequencies give off shape energy. I was reading a study from Dr. Heidi Yellen where her research mentioned that different fabrics, materials, and textures resonate with unique frequencies that can impact our physical, emotional and energetic state.

She also mentioned that certain fabrics might have harmonious vibrations which can be beneficial for our health and well being. Where in others may create disharmony of discomfort. This all ties in with the idea that materials can interact with our human body’s electromagnetic field. We want to do all we can to protect ourselves by having near us protection called tuün® RESONATE.

Astounding to learn about the fundamentals of textile technology, sound and wellness. These frequencies are used in sound healing practices like tuning forks, singing bowls, or music therapy. There are smart textile technology that can embed sound devices, deliver vibrational therapy, and respond to biofeedback in other words heart rate and stress levels. I needed more clarity for myself about smart textile. Amazing to find out that there are passive textiles which changes colors in the sunlight.

Now when it comes to The Frequency of Clothing we have what is called active smart textile like for instance our coats that adjust to our bodies temperature, and there is the ultra smart textile like our sportswear which optimizes our comfort. Just imagine a blanket, shirt, or yoga mat that gently vibrates with healing frequencies while we wear or lie on it. The goal is to promote Stress reduction, Energetic Balance, Pain relief, Nervous system regulations, and Better sleep.

Various fabrics have different vibrational properties (cotton, wool, silk, linen, synthetic fibers, etc.) have different vibrational properties. To your body Wool could be linked with warmth, moisture and protection, Silk feels smooth, with a luxurious texture might be a higher or refined frequency probably associated with the elegance or healing affect, and of course Cotton which might feel calming to your skin and a frequency due to its natural origins. Bargain for a more common effect like natural fibers of bamboo and cotton, now to boost your energy try silk or certain colors.

People are becoming more mindful when it comes to Fabric Of Natural and Synthetics. The natural fabrics like Cotton, Wool, Silk. Polyester, and Nylon may influence energy, mood and comfort. For instance Natural material the mood would be calming which often creates a soothing atmosphere. That is the earthy tones colors, and organic patterns would be peaceful and relaxing. The Comfort would be soft and breathable fabric like cotton or wool helping to regulate warmth and moisture. Sustaining Energy and Rejuvenating natural elements can improve focus, reduce mental fatigue and better sleep.

Synthetic material I am speaking in reference to Plastic, Synthetic rubber, Engineered wood, Polyester, nylon, acrylic, plastic, synthetic rubber, engineered wood meaning (pattern print which is used in fashion design. Sometimes the Energy can feel overwhelming causing mental fatigue. Comfort often durable and stain resistant that can trap moisture and some may make you feel less pleasant to your skin. Speaking in terms of the Mood synthetic can bright colors which can energize or create excitement. Our fabrics also have to do with the Frequency of Clothing.
